What to do about the Whites

Finding out what our native population on our island is like really changed my stance on how to deal with them. Originally I completely supported the idea that we separate our society from theirs as it is one of our core beliefs to let people express themselves and live their lives as they want as long as it isn't destructive to society. We justified leaving them be because we believe that since they are separated from us they will not be a harm to society. However, learning that our native islanders are the Whites has changed this for me. Letting them be will eventually cause a harm to our society. I believe we should still separate ourselves from them but allow acculturation through Border University and provided Rehab facilities. We should have them follow our laws and make it very clear that yes, partaking in drugs or alcohol around children is most definitely a hard to society and will not be tolerated. I am very happy that baby Monica was taken away from Kirk but I also like how she was able to regain the trust of the CPS agency through hard word and dedication. I believe that we should encourage families to be reunited but not enable them to continue in that type of lifestyle that is harmful to society. This means if anybody is to receive government assistance, they must test drug free. They are still free to live on their part of the island in the lifestyle they choose as long as they do not put any children in harms way. They should be regulated because if we leave them be and they outnumber us in 30 years, we will be in great trouble if we didn't do anything to prevent it. This way we start from the beginning to start acculturation without force to hopefully encourage enough of the Whites to leave the harmful society they were brought up in.
If my daughter is pregnant one of the Whites then I will most certainly support any decision she makes, but her child will be raised in a safe environment and will suggest her boyfriend attend Border University and the Rehab facilities. If his presence in the child's life will be harmful then he doesn't have to be apart of it, just like any child it will not be raised in a toxic environment.
