Reflections on the Midterm

1.I am really glad to join the business blog team. The team meeting really impressed me. Everyone has their own thinking and shared it with all team. After our discussion carefully, we got the best framework for our presentation.Everyone did a very well job in their parts.Especially Blake`s excellent computer skills makes our presentation much more colorful. Everyone should get 10 for their hard work.

2.Workplace rules:

A.  Showing up 
B.  Doing your fair share
C.  Being on time
D.  Responding timely to email and communicating effectively with other members
E.  Handling conflict among group members 
F.  Being present in the group -- not distracted by outside cell phone calls or text messages when the group is meeting.

 

all these rules above are very important in the workplace, so all are 10.
